It stole my heart when I saw it for the first time. It must be one of the cutest designs I've ever seen! The collection that this design belongs into is my definite favourite. There are maybe three or four collections that make me go nuts, but they're also very popular, so it's a bit expensive to start buying them online... So I usually get my designs from foreign cross stitch magazines. If I get lucky, that is! They don't exactly publish what I want. Anyway, luckily this one made it's way to the magazine, my mum specifically requested that I'd make this for her birthday. But it ain't done yet! I haven't completed backstitching, i.e. some of the outlines are missing. I hope you get to see the whole stitching soon though! I have an amazing journey coming up and I'm leaving next Saturday.. I have a lot to do before I leave, especially because it's a 5-week journey, but I might have enough time to finish the design!
Ps. This is the first design where I get to use satin threads..! Doesn't it look pretty?
